 Guangrao
County Fuli Purified Linters Mill(the former
Guangrao Chemical Fibre Mill)was built in 1987.In
Jun.1997,it was rebuilt as Guangrao Fuli Purified
Linters Mill.In Mar.2000,more than RMB two million
was invested to technically reconstruct the
equipment. In April.2005, we invested around
RMB 15 million to set up a new cotton linters
pulp production line, and more than RMB five
million to set up an effluent treatment plant.At
present the mill has more than 300 workers and
staff members(including 50 engineers and technicians)with
fixed assets of more than RMB 20 million.It
is the largest cotton linter pulp(in flock)producer
in China with an annual production capacity
of 20,000 metric tons.
The mill has a long history of production.It
boast of strong technical personnel,advanced
production process /equipment and perfect inspection
means,It has developed various grades of products
for different applications,and the physical
and chemical properties of the products are
excellent and consistent,its product quality
is the best within the national industry.Since
1988,the mill has successively won such prizes
and honorary titles as "Provincial Excellent
Products","Provincial Scientific &.Technological
Spark Plan Award","Quality,Variety and Effectiveness
Activity Prize","Contract-Stressing and Promise-Keeping
Enterprise","Municipal Advanced Enterprise",in
1997 the mill was awarded "Unit of Total Quality
Control Conforming to Standards" by the Ministry
of Agriculture.The food-grade purified linters,developed
in 1993,and the pharmaceutical-grade purified
linters,developed in 1996,have passed provincial-level
appraisal and accepted as items of Shandong
province's Spark Plan,the products filled up
two gaps in the provincial industry.
In Aug.2001,under the help and guidance of
Wuxi Jiuqian Technical Services Company,the
mill started to carry out the work of quality
certification according to ISO9001:2000 quality
system,and in Feb.2002 it was ISO9001 certified
successfully.
Now,the Guangrao County Fuli Purified Linters
Mill has been the most famous producer and supplier
of purified linters in the national industry
due to its excellent product quality and the
most competitive quotations,and its products
have been well received both domestically and
